One purchase includes 3 empty cases: one 565020, one 565030 and one 565045 fitted with the caster assembly. Foam, dividers, protective bags, cables and stage equipment are not included.

Choose the orange / blue / silver combination to distinguish the three cases at a glance, or keep the set consistent in all silver. Both color combinations include the same three models and the same wheeled silver base case.
Three heights, a shared footprint
The cases share the same body footprint, while their different heights give you three spaces for organizing a job. The case bases locate against the lids beneath them when stacked. There are no connecting latches between the cases; each box has its own lid latches and side carry handles.
- Top: 565020. The shallow case keeps smaller accessories together.
- Middle: 565030. A mid-height case for a separate group of cables or accessories.
- Bottom: 565045 with casters. The tallest case forms the rolling base of the set.
A wheeled base for backstage moves
Four corner casters and the metal support assembly sit beneath the silver 565045. The two upper cases have no wheels. The set is shown being guided across a smooth, level backstage floor; each case can also be separated for packing and access.
Empty interiors for your own packing system
All three cases are supplied empty, with aluminum interiors. Arrange your own cables and accessories, or add separately purchased protection suited to your equipment. Check your equipment against the internal dimensions below before ordering, allowing room for any protective packing.

Dimensions are listed as length × width × height, in centimeters. Exterior values describe the case body only; the 565045 body dimensions exclude its caster assembly.

Questions before ordering
How many cases do I receive?
One set includes three cases: one 565020, one 565030 and one 565045 with the caster assembly. Select your preferred color combination before adding the set to your cart.
Which case has wheels?
Only the silver 565045 at the bottom has the four-corner caster assembly. The 565020 and 565030 are supplied without wheels.
Do the cases lock together when stacked?
The bottoms and lids provide the stacking location. There are no connecting latches between cases. The front latches close each individual case.
Does the set include foam or dividers?
No. All three interiors are empty. Any foam, dividers, protective bags or equipment must be supplied separately.
What is the order of the colors?
For Orange / Blue / Silver, the 565020 is orange, the 565030 is blue and the wheeled 565045 is silver. All Silver supplies all three in silver.
Will my equipment fit?
Compare the dimensions of each item, including cables, connectors and any protective packing, with the empty interior dimensions in the table. This is a general-purpose case set, without a fitted insert for a specific equipment model.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at sales13@borybox.com as long as it has not been shipped.
Return or Resend
Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend.
You have two options:
1 .Return: We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.

if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).We are willing to resend the correct product for you.
If the item is defective due to transportation issues (such as damaged items).We can reissue new product for you under the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
