- How to reset up the password?Pls note that the orginal combination locks have both come set to 000. The square slides next to the combination wheels are slid to the side away from the combination wheels to open the locks. To set a new combination, slide each slide TOWARD the combination wheels and hold them in that position with one hand while you turn the combination wheels to whatever numbers you want with your other hand. Pick a three digit number for each lock that you'll remember.
