A place for your camera kit, from storage to the next shoot. The BORY FR1 rolling camera hard case brings a rigid shell, wave foam lid lining and a removable padded divider insert together in one black case. Separate suitably sized camera bodies, lenses and accessories, then move the case using its pull handle and wheels.
Included: One black FR1 case with wave foam lid lining and one removable padded divider insert. Cameras, lenses and padlocks are not included.
Organize your kit into separate spaces
The padded compartments help keep individual pieces apart and make the contents easier to check as you pack. Use the divided layout for a suitably sized photography or video kit, including camera bodies, lenses and small accessories. Check each item’s full dimensions and leave clearance around delicate parts.
Lift out the divider insert
The complete divider insert can be removed from the lower case for access while packing or setting up. The product photographs show both the insert installed and the insert taken out of the case.
Move between storage and your shoot
The pull handle and wheels provide a rolling option, with carry handles for lifting. The black shell encloses the kit, while the padded insert separates the contents and the wave foam lines the lid. Pack items so the lid closes without pressing on camera controls, lens barrels or other projecting parts.

Camera case questions
Are the camera, lenses or a padlock included?
No. Your order includes the case, its wave foam lid lining and the removable padded divider insert. Cameras, lenses and padlocks are not supplied.
Can I remove the divider insert?
Yes. The complete insert lifts out of the case, as shown in the product photographs.
Does this version have pockets in the lid?
This configuration has wave foam in the lid and a padded divider insert in the lower case.
Will my camera and lenses fit?
Fit depends on the complete size of your equipment and the compartment layout. Include grips, lens hoods and other projecting parts when measuring. Contact us with your equipment dimensions before ordering if you need help checking the fit.
How should I pack delicate equipment?
Keep separate items in separate compartments, check that they do not shift freely, and leave enough clearance for the lid to close gently. Avoid putting pressure on camera controls or lens mounts.

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at sales13@borybox.com as long as it has not been shipped.
Return or Resend
Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend.
You have two options:
1 .Return: We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via sales13@borybox.com for more information.
You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
2.Resend:
if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).We are willing to resend the correct product for you.
If the item is defective due to transportation issues (such as damaged items).We can reissue new product for you under the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Due to transportation problems, If you think the return is too troublesome,the goods are damaged when the goods are received, we can bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
