The interior figures describe the case body, not the usable space after foam and the organizer are fitted. Final usable dimensions for this configuration have not been confirmed. Allow clearance for padding, document pockets, cables and projecting parts.

Both options include a lid document organizer and pick-and-pluck foam in the lower compartment. There is no foam in the lid.

Plan first, then remove cells
Measure your samples, including projecting parts, and plan their positions before removing foam cells. Remove only the cells needed for your layout, keep foam between items and around the edges, and check that the lid closes freely with the document pockets in use. A factory-cut layout for your specific samples is not included.
What arrives with your order
- One silver aluminum-alloy carrying case in your selected depth.
- A lid document organizer and pick-and-pluck foam in the lower compartment. The lid has no foam.
- A carry handle and combination-lock latches; the exterior uses 0.8 mm aluminum-alloy sheet.
Ordering one unit supplies one case, not both sizes. Custom branding, a factory-cut layout for your specific samples and display props are not included.
Plan a kit that closes comfortably
- Measure the complete item. Include projecting connectors, handles, cables and any individual packaging.
- Allow space for the fittings. Plan room for foam and documents, and check that nothing presses against the lid.
- Present items outside the case. Set samples on a stable surface for discussion. Follow the equipment manufacturer's instructions before any demonstration.
Questions before ordering
Does extra depth guarantee that my sample will fit?
No. Deep body has more case-body depth, but final fit depends on the full sample dimensions and the space occupied by the interior fittings. Contact us with your measurements if you need help reviewing the choice.
Is a layout cut specifically for my products included?
A factory-made layout for your specific products is not included. The lower compartment comes with pick-and-pluck foam that you can arrange around suitably sized samples by removing selected grid cells. Plan the layout before removing any cells and leave foam between items and around the edges.
Are the displayed samples included?
No. The offer is for one case with its document organizer and foam. Hardware, devices, finish swatches, paperwork and other scene props are not included.
Will it hold my folders or laptop?
Folder fit depends on the complete folder size and the space left by the interior fittings. This listing does not claim laptop compatibility or a dedicated laptop-protection compartment.
Can our sales team purchase several cases?
Contact us with the preferred size, quantity and delivery destination so availability and delivery arrangements can be checked. Custom branding, dedicated foam cutting and quantity discounts require separate confirmation.

Shipping Policy
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 10 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy
By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at sales13@borybox.com as long as it has not been shipped.
Return or Resend
Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend.
You have two options:
1 .Return: We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via sales13@borybox.com for more information.
You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
2.Resend:
if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).We are willing to resend the correct product for you.
If the item is defective due to transportation issues (such as damaged items).We can reissue new product for you under the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Due to transportation problems, If you think the return is too troublesome,the goods are damaged when the goods are received, we can bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
