Prepare your product samples and booth supplies as two separate kits. This all-silver aluminum storage case set pairs a medium 565030 case with a taller 565045 caster-base case. Use the open interiors for your own cartons, pouches and folded materials, then keep each group together between exhibitions, indoor markets and showroom events.
The two cases share the same body footprint and can be positioned one above the other using their lid-and-base locating structure. Only the taller case has wheels.

Your sample kit
Use the medium case for individually packed samples, brochures, price cards and small booth accessories. Add your own protective wrapping or pouches where needed.
Your setup kit
Use the taller case for folded tablecloths, paper shopping bags and spare packaging materials. Check the actual size and weight of your supplies before packing.
Two cases, ready for the next setup.
Keep the medium case above the taller caster-base case when arranging the set as a stack. The case bottoms locate against the lids below. There are no connecting latches between the cases. Each case has its own front latches and side carrying handles.
The lower case's four bottom-mounted casters are intended for short-distance repositioning on firm, level surfaces. Check the floor, thresholds and the stability of your own packing before moving. A load rating for the complete stacked set has not been specified.

Each case has one undivided aluminum interior, a hinged lid and two lid-support straps. There are no supplied foam inserts, trays or dividers. Use suitable separate protective packing for fragile items.

Allow space for your protective packing, protruding hardware, caster movement and lid opening. Four inches refers to wheel diameter, not the total installed wheel height.
What arrives in your set?

Both cases are supplied empty. Foam, dividers, sample products, brochures, packaging, tablecloths and exhibition furnishings shown in the application scenes are not included.
Questions before ordering
How many cases do I receive?
One set contains two silver cases: one 565030 without wheels and one 565045 with four 4-inch casters. Ordering quantity 1 supplies both cases.
Do both cases have wheels?
Only the taller case has wheels. The medium case is supplied without wheels and can be used separately or positioned above the taller case.
Do the cases lock together?
No. The lid-and-base structure provides stacking location, but there are no connecting latches between the cases. The front latches close each individual lid.
Will my samples and display materials fit?
Compare each item, including its packaging, with the empty interior dimensions. Allow room to close the lid. Fit for long banners, display frames or specific equipment models is not assumed.
Is foam or an organizer included?
No. Both interiors are empty and undivided. Supply your own pouches, cartons or suitable protective packing.
Is this a certified flight or waterproof shipping case?
No flight-case certification or waterproof rating is specified for this set. It is presented for organizing booth supplies and short moves on firm, level venue floors.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at sales13@borybox.com as long as it has not been shipped.
Return or Resend
Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend.
You have two options:
1 .Return: We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via sales13@borybox.com for more information.
You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.

if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).We are willing to resend the correct product for you.
If the item is defective due to transportation issues (such as damaged items).We can reissue new product for you under the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Due to transportation problems, If you think the return is too troublesome,the goods are damaged when the goods are received, we can bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
