Empty Case
A lined case without the added document organizer. Use your own folders or sleeves to group household records. The illustrated 4350 retains its standard lid pocket; standard pocket details vary by model.
With Document Organizer
The added lid organizer separates papers and smaller essentials. Use it to keep a passport, stationery and other small items easy to find.
A place for household records
Group documents by person or purpose: passports and identity documents, family certificates, home agreements, insurance policies, warranty papers, school records or medical paperwork. Choose a case around the size of your own folders and sleeves.

The case-body interior figures are reference dimensions, not the final usable space after the organizer is installed. At the same footprint, models 4080, 4380 and 4880 are deeper than 4050, 4350 and 4850 respectively.

What is this document box for?
It is a portable aluminum case for organizing passports, certificates and important household papers. Select the model and interior to suit the documents and folders you use.
What is the difference between the two interiors?
Empty Case has no added document organizer. With Document Organizer includes organizer pockets in the lid for separating papers and smaller items. Both configurations retain the case's standard lining; standard pocket details vary by model.
Will my A4 or Letter-size folders fit?
Compare the outside dimensions of your folders with the case-body interior dimensions above. Folder covers, filled pockets and lining need extra clearance. Final usable space with an installed organizer has not been measured, so the table does not confirm the fit of a particular folder or binder.
Is it a fireproof or waterproof safe?
This product has no verified fire-resistance, waterproofing or safe certification. It is offered for everyday document organization with combination latches.
What comes with my order?
One aluminum case in the selected model and configuration. The document organizer is included only with the With Document Organizer option. Documents, pens, folders, electronics and other styling props are not included. No added foam configuration is offered in this listing.
Can I carry it between rooms?
Yes. Use the built-in handle after closing the lid and fastening both latches. Keep all contents inside the case before moving it.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Average shipping time is about 7 to 10 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order has been shipped.

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at sales13@borybox.com as long as it has not been shipped.
Return or Resend
Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or resend.
You have two options:
1 .Return: We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via sales13@borybox.com for more information.
You will pay for return shipping. For quality related returns, return shipping cost is refundable. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.
2.Resend:
if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).We are willing to resend the correct product for you.
If the item is defective due to transportation issues (such as damaged items).We can reissue new product for you under the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Due to transportation problems, If you think the return is too troublesome,the goods are damaged when the goods are received, we can bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.
